The maintenance management team from 4E-Engineering GmbH visited the maintenance days in Salzburg (AT) organized by dankl + partner consulting gmbh and MCP Deutschland GmbH from June 28th to 30th, 2022.
In addition to the historical impressions of the beautiful city on the Salzach, the three days offered a compact and interesting program in all maintenance topics.
We enjoyed training with a focus on spare parts management, risk assessments, digitization roadmaps, maintenance strategy and planning. The highlight was the focus day, on which many suppliers presented their products and services and experts shared their knowledge and experience with us on topics such as plant productivity, digitization and personnel efficiency.

It was a valuable opportunity for us to get a taste of the "maintenance air" again after a long online phase and to exchange ideas with other experts in the field. The dynamic and development of the technology and methodology in maintenance is impressive and we are already looking forward to the next event!
